As far as I understand the current system, you can prevent users from putting your art in their favorites by blocking them and leaving the "Favorites" switch activated. ( https://www.newgrounds.com/account/blocked )
I cannot check this right now, but 'I would think' that the same "should" apply to the playlists.
If that 'isn't' how it works, what you 'could' do would be to make a post in the 'Bug Reports Thread'* and ask Mr. Fulp to extend the current functionality to what I described above.
