There 'used to be' dedicated archival sites and multiple 4-chan-style anonymous message boards where people used to be able to ask the most obscure questions and get an answer within a day.

Obviously, many of them closed down. Some others might have been closed down by the FBI - over them getting sick and tired of the FBI-memes, no doubt... ;)
But my experience with the internet is that those communities start to merge into each other as they become less and less popular. Maybe there's one single, condensed ".SFW-Fans" community out there.

There is also a chance that said community is "us". ;3
The 'Game Development' forum might be a stretch, but since you don't have access to the 'Supporter Party', I'd say it would be the best place to ask. Even if the users there don't know the flash in question, they might be able to point you to a community like the ones I mentioned above.
